About this deal

That should reduce some of the clogging that we experienced on our pair of the standard Peregrine 12. The ST model’s upper has a tighter-woven mesh with a debris shield and bungee-type lacing. The midsole also works to provide a springy rebound, utilising the force from your last step to power you into your next one. The intended result is less energy loss and a reduced rate of fatigue, meaning you can go further and faster. A net mesh also covers the midsole area to protect it from the rugged terrain. Saucony Endorphin Trail

Saucony reduced the amount of padding in the upper to shed weight for this year’s Peregrine update, but it does not compromise comfort. The Peregrine 12 is comfortable for narrow or normal-width feet, but may constrict a wider foot. Additionally, the narrow toe box doesn’t accommodate significant swelling that often occurs on longer efforts. Personal: A- ( The biggest negative for me was the high heel cup irritating and causing blisters. The traction, comfort, and stability of the shoe make up for this minor irritation) Maybe in a bid to shave more weight, or just a design choice, Saucony changed the heel pull tab to a more classic design. It doesn’t bother me too much either way as I just appreciate any trail shoe that has one.If you need to exchange an item follow the steps below to guarantee a fast turnaround on your request: Feel of the shoe: Nimble and lightweight. The GORE-TEX upper doesn’t change the fit - choose your usual size.

Delivery timescales are esimates in working days; Public Holidays, Saturday's and Sunday's are NOT classed as working days.Performance: B+ ( The EVA foam in the cold weather resulted in lost points in this category. The increased stiffness of the foam led to decreased responsiveness and bounce) One, this is what’s used in a lot of their road shoes, this PWRRUN+. It’s a rebound-y, cushiony type of foam. Without doing an entire midsole in it, they use this, so it adds a little extra cushion. It adds a little extra bounce.

Like the Kinvara, the Peregrine 12 has a higher level of cushioning and protection than a true trail racer like the now-discontinued New Balance Summit Unknown. Stability: B- (not a stability shoe, for runners who can tolerate 4mm drop and do not require traditional stability features) The springy, comfortable Excursion TR16 GTX trail shoes are designed for all-round performance on the trails and are made to be suitable for both walking and trail running. Featuring GORE-TEX membrane in the upper material which provides protection against, rain, mud and moisture, meaning you remain comfortable and dry in all-weather conditions.

Heel-to-toe drop

Break boundaries and release your inner trail seeker with the Saucony Endorphin Edge - a shoe designed to be super-fast, lightweight and cushioned for next-level performance. Ultraspire Fitted Race Belt: The best way to carry your phone and goods on the run. No bounce and various sizes for waist The mesh exterior is reinforced in damage-susceptible areas like the forefoot and toe-box. THE UPPER DESIGN AND FIT So if you’re in the early stages of transitioning from a higher drop (8-10 mm) trail shoe, our advice is to take it slow and gentle the first few runs. IS THE SAUCONY PEREGRINE 12 DURABLE? This, along with a clip for gaiters in the forefoot is just one of the nice touches that show Saucony's care for the little things that their runners need. Conclusion

The Ride 15 TR has a PWRTRAC outsole and lightweight and durable upper, with a FORMFIT design and supportive webbing, which aims to hug your foot to provide a more personalised feel. Technology & key features: SPEEDROLL technology to allow you to roll over the trails, PWRRUN PB cushioning to give you a light and fast feel, and an ultra-grippy PWRTRAC outsole. A mid-cut upper for a more protective fit. With both higher absorption and faster evaporation, the lightweight mesh of the upper helps pull moisture away from your foot, which means you keep cool and stay dry. Feel of the shoe: Soft cushioning with SPEEDROLL technology aims to push you onto your toes and help propel you forwards. Saucony Endorphin Trail MidIt’s worth noting that while Saucony has named the shoe after the Peregrine Falcon – a bird that can dive bomb at speeds up to 200 miles (390 km) an hour – this running shoe is not a trail racer. This applies to both kinds of straps – the thinner rubber ones like what Kahtoola uses, or a flat strap used on an Outdoors Research Gore-Tex gaiter. PROS AND CONS Terrain: The all-rounder trail shoe for a mixture of walking and running on grass and light trails with a GORE-TEX upper to keep your feet dry.
