About this deal

If you want to take your cordless pressure washer in the car, and hose down your mountain bike or dog after a day of fun in the great outdoors, consider a smaller model which can be transported easily. Cordless pressure washers are the least powerful of the main 3 types and are not really the thing to be taking to industrial sized cleaning jobs or even trying to shift very stubborn stains, grease, and grime. What you’re getting for very sensible money is a full kit and it’s cheaper than the rival bottom of the range WORX. You have a 2.5 Amp batter and charger, with a load of accessories thrown in. But is it any good? Well it’s no electric pressure washer powered by mains for sure but it does have one up on some of the cordless models with two power settings – I’m not sure it needs that though – for the most part blasting full power on this makes most sense – unless you’re trying to conserve battery for longer work. The multi jet nozzle is a real bonus too – no need to do much to change settings other than twist the nozzle. It has low pressure, high, and turbo, that’s the same as I use on my beastly petrol Wilks pressure washer.

If different areas are to be cleaned and no specific place of use can be determined, a model with a water tank is recommended. This allows flexible use at different locations. If you already know that you will have to deal with stubborn dirt – for example, mossy pavements or limescale residues in the swimming pool – you should make sure that the water pressure is as high as possible. If you only want to make it easier to remove pollen from your car in spring, you can opt for a model with low water pressure. Water pressure There are special cleaning agents against limescale, moss or tyre marks. If you have to remove such dirt frequently, you can benefit from a battery-powered high-pressure cleaner with an integrated detergent tank. The spray nozzles They can be lifesavers in situations such as camping, cleaning horses, or bike riding. What are cordless pressure washers used for?The benefit of cordless pressure washers, with their lower bar pressure, is that they tend to have a range of gentler pressure settings, so you’ll be less likely to damage paintwork with them.

Word of warning, if you want to get the most out of this cordless pressure washer, you need to use a 4ah battery. Using a 2Ah just won’t cut it, and you’ll be disappointed at the pressure output. With 4AH fitted and fully charged, you’ll be surprised how much cleaning power this has. At 15 bar of pressure, it can’t compete with the Greenworks GDC40 in the power stakes, but it does a good job of lighter stuff like washing down gardening equipment and furniture. Right up the top end of the scale you’ve got the bruiser 34 BAR DEWALT but that’s proper money at around twice the price of the WORX WG630E Cordless Brushless Hydroshot. If you have the batteries and the money it’s a no brainer, just don’t expect to peel paint off walls with a cordless pressure washer…. Build quality
