It's very long lasting on me and the bottle is very attractive too, my only negative is that I am not too keen on the name!

Its’ been a couple of years since I first fell head over heels for a certain Vintage Vamp make up collection (which I promise had nothing to do with the rose gold and rich maroon packaging)- and ever since I’ve been positively in love with Charlotte Tilbury.I only wear this when I'm in the most specific mood ever: My boyfriend has left the house, and I have all afternoon to play in makeup and red lipsticks at my vanity.

For me, it sort of conjures up hazy images of children running through well-manicured gardens in crinoline dresses. It’s always quite hard to describe a fragrance, so imagine this if you will – the scent makes me think of Selfridges in its original era, of famous Hollywood starlets, of a sweet-smelling vintage rose garden in the height of summer. I tried a few more times on skin, and thought I might quite like it if it were amplified about 100 times. I know fragrance notes are different on everyone so you may not have the same scent experience as me but that's okay. UPDATE - I have now acquired a bottle as I thought it might be a nice safe floral/patch every day scent.

but for me a sharp chypre top overlays a lush floral with just a slight edge of marigold bitterness. But cause of the bottle shape etc it wpnt come out like usyal /correctly ,, wont spray correct or almost anymore at all now even tho there is some left but only has been if I had the bottle perfectly flat and then it would come out but now there is less and it's almsot like the straw is just to short of not this short and bottle shape it qouks, come out normal still . I think sometimes we can be very critical of mass marketed fragrances, but I still regard this as somewhat of a ‘high street niche’ - like an Hermes or a Narciso Rodriguez. From reading the notes, especially the top notes (which by the way are my favorites)I thought that I was going to love it.It has a soapy quality, in the far dry down - not on me, bc I scrubbed it - which is something I rarely do, but I only managed to withstand 1 hour - but, on others, it does, in the far, drydown. I quickly forgot about it as it seemed to disappear but after an hour or so I kept getting quite strong occasional wafts of something rather interesting and very changeable. The life-changing effects of the scent remain to be seen, but if Tilbury's past launches are anything to go by, it's sure to be a raging success regardless. Every time I lift the foil peel-backs in magazines I get nothing but something which is a bit like canteloupe melon with sickly confectionery. I should have used the perfume tester I had a couple more times because this perfume is atrocious to my nose.
