To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. These include a lock-off button to ensure safe operation, an indicator lamp to warn of overload, an electric brake, and Active Feedback Sensing Technology which acts to shut down the tool if a sudden decrease in rotation speed occurs. Itfeatures a powerful brushless motor which offers excellent runtime, and requires two 18v LXT Li-Ion batteries to opperate. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our deliver partners if necessary. When the batteries are fitted to the machine they are protected from water during wet cutting thanks to the secure battery cover.

Other features include soft start, electronic brake, LED job light and a lock-off button for safe operation. The Makita DCE090ZX1 Brushless LXT Power Cutter has a powerful 36V DC motor drive system driven by 2 x 18V Li-ion batteries (not supplied).

html *Excludes the following - Batteries, Chargers, Accessories, Petrol Products, Production Tools/Air Tools, Gas Nailers, Compressors and non CE marked tools. Equipped with an electric brake, LED job light, overload indicator lamp and battery protection circuit designed to protect the batteries from damage due to overheating, over-discharge and overload current. There is also an electric brake and Active Feedback Sensing Technology which acts to shut down the tool if a sudden decrease in rotation speed occurs. all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance and the amount of heat generated to work more effectively. The brushless motor extends battery runtime, produces less heat and requires no maintenance meaning less runtime and more productivity.Having owned 1990's Stihl stone saw previously, this is just as powerful really and had no problem cutting through anything I asked it to. This machine was designed around user safety, and has many features that represent this such as an electric brake to shut down the motor as soon as the trigger is released, soft start which means the motor builds up in speed and does not give full power until the tool is under load, and also a battery cover to protect the batteries from getting damaged.

I’ve got a pretty full makita set those stuff is usually great, working as a builder and landscaper I rate their gear normally and like a matching kit, looks good and batteries I have compatible with everything else, great, but thing is the worst tool I’ve ever bought, not fit for purpose, struggles cutting anything and rinses 2 fully charged batteries in minutes. An incorporated LED job light ensures your work is clearly illuminated, and the tool also offers a range of safety features.on top of the Makita factory warranty (3 years after registration with Makita) you will receive an additional 2 years TOOLPLUS warranty from us. If you do not contact us within 14 days of purchase, we will direct you to the manufacturers guidelines.
